CAZ Coaching & Consulting draws inspiration from the concept of a Controlled Access Zone (CAZ) —a carefully managed space, often elevated, where entry is limited to those equipped with the right tools, robust guardrails, and reliable support systems to ensure safety and success. Similarly, CAZ Coaching provides a supportive and structured environment where clients are equipped with the essential resources, personalized guidance, and the support ('guardrails') they need to confidently navigate their personal and professional journeys. We offer four personalized coaching programs – Prepare, Pivot, Phoenix, and Propel – tailored to support you through key transitions.

I. Prepare - Let’s get Ready. When you have an important engagement we can help you workshop your material. We specialize in Interview prep, keynote speech delivery, and public speaking engagements where you want to have the highest impact and drive successful outcomes.
1x 60 Minute Session - $250
2x 60 Minute sessions - $450
3x 60 Minute Sessions - $600
Long Term Engagements:
Each program involves setting clear goals, developing a specialized action plan and providing key milestones for accountability to drive outcomes and success.
II. Pivot - Time for Change. Pivot services are ideal for those seeking career shifts, providing strategic direction and support to navigate the complexities of changing industries or roles.
III. Phoenix - Rebirth & Renewal. Phoenix services support clients returning to work from extended leaves, whether for parental leave, sabbatical, or personal reasons, helping them reintegrate seamlessly into the workforce and regain their momentum.
IV. Propel - Let’s Move Forward. Propel services focus your coaching experience on specific goals you have identified across a number of key areas including leadership development, performance improvement, and personal growth.
